HRCA is committed to bringing the life benefits of chess to people of all ages and abilities throughout Hampton Roads. As such (in addition to our many school chess programs), we currently offer a variety of programming in community venues in the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Hampton. We are in various stages of planning to bring similar programs to Newport News, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Portsmouth.
