IMPORTANT NEWS! Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, all HRCA in-person club meetings — community and school-based — are physically closed. See individual program pages for information on online offerings. All HRCA tournaments are also cancelled through June 12th, 2020.
Annual Membership Meeting
The HRCA Annual Membership Meeting will take place at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 3229 MacDonald Road in Virginia Beach on Tuesday, December 17th at 6:30 PM. Members will be able to review membership and financial reports and receive a presentation on the work of HRCA across all mission areas. There will be elections for Board Members.
If anyone would like to run for the HRCA Board of Directors, please let us know of your interest ASAP, and we will put you on the ballot. The Board’s work will be stepping up to include more fundraising in 2020.
The meeting will take place in conjunction with the HRSCC holiday potluck and awards, with the meeting portion starting after the awards. All HRCA members are free to join us earlier (starting at 5 PM) and bring a dish to share.
